1 This is an appeal by plaintiffs in the trial court, Charles M. Johnson and Charlene J. Johnson, from a judgment for defendant in their action against United Services Automobile Association, a reciprocal or inter-insurance exchange. The action was based upon the uninsured motorists coverage of an insurance policy issued in North Carolina by defendant insurer. It is noted that the cause of action arose and trial was had prior to the adoption by the Oklahoma Legislature of the statutory provisions concerning uninsured motorists coverage now codified as 36 O.S. 1968 Supp., Sec. 3635 et seq.
