Defendant-appellant Hirotoshi Yamamoto appeals the circuit courts "Order of Resentencing; Revocation of Probation" and "Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order Denying Defendants Motion for Correction and Reduction of Sentencing and Relief from Judgment." Yamamoto argues several points of error on appeal. Nevertheless, the dispositive issue is whether the court abused its discretion in revoking Yamamotos probation when he complied with the manner of restitution payments, i.e., made payments of $50.00 per month which were required as a condition of his probation, but failed to pay the entire $118,000.00 in restitution.
